Product details shown on our website, such as measurements, dimensions and weight, may vary slightly from the details specified in your order. Images and packaging shown on the website are for illustration only, and colours may look different depending on your screen.
Your Images and Obligations
The image upload facility on our website lets you create and order personalised products featuring your own images. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to improve the print quality of your images. Although we make every effort to produce your personalised product accurately, some loss of detail in the images is possible. It is your responsibility to make sure the images you upload are high quality and high resolution.
We may send you personalised product suggestions by email or post, featuring your images, for promotional purposes.
It is also your responsibility to make sure the content you supply (including images and text) does not infringe anyone’s privacy, confidentiality, copyright, data protection rights or any law. Your images and text must not harass, upset or annoy any person, and must not contain material that is obscene, pornographic, indecent or offensive, or that encourages discrimination.
Registering with Us
To register on our website, you must be over 18 years of age. Each account is for a single user, so you must not share your login details with anyone. If you think your login details have been compromised, please reset them immediately. We reserve the right to suspend your account if you breach these Terms.
Ordering from Us
When ordering through our website, please check that you have chosen the right product and options before completing payment. You can change your order at different stages of the ordering process.
We will send you an email acknowledging the products you have ordered. This acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted your order. Your order is accepted only when you receive a dispatch confirmation or when we send the product to you.
If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order after receiving your payment (for example, because a product is out of stock or discontinued, or there is a pricing error), we will let you know as soon as possible and refund the money you have paid. If you ordered several products and we have already delivered some of them, the delivery charge you paid cannot be refunded.
We may not accept your order if:
- the products are unavailable
- your payment authorisation fails
- you choose a delivery address outside the United Kingdom
- you do not meet our eligibility criteria
Cancelling Personalised Products
Personalised products cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed. However, you can contact us to check whether we have started processing your order.
Returning and Replacing a Product
We are happy to replace products that are faulty. You will need to cover the cost of returning the product to us. Please return faulty products to:
